Associate Medical Director
Dr. Luis G. Allen is a board-certified psychiatrist with added certification in geriatric psychiatry and over two decades of leadership experience building scalable behavioral health services. He has developed hospital consult-liaison programs, telepsychiatry networks, and collaborative outpatient models. A longtime AdventHealth leader and educator, he remains dedicated to advancing psychiatric care, system innovation, and mental health advocacy.
Lindsay Moss
Director of Operations & Business Development
Lindsay Moss brings over 15 years of healthcare experience focused on strengthening systems that support patient-centered behavioral health care. A nurse with a passion for psychiatry, she excels in program development, workflow design, staffing strategy, and encounter tracking. Lindsay is dedicated to improving clinical operations, fostering strong relationships, and supporting providers. Outside work, she enjoys family time, sports, reading, and exercise.
Jessica Koontz, NP
Assistant Director of Clinical Services
Jessica is a behavioral health nurse with over 20 years of experience supporting psychiatric patients and leading frontline teams. She holds degrees from AdventHealth University and UCF, later earning board certification in psychiatric nursing and as a PMHNP. Driven by the growing need for mental health care, she provides compassionate, evidence-based treatment grounded in extensive clinical and academic experience.
Chrystal Browne, NP
Director of Advanced Practice Provider Services
Crystal Browne brings over a decade of nursing experience, including six years in advanced psychiatric care across inpatient, outpatient, and acute settings. She provides compassionate, evidence-based treatment focused on long-term stability and improved quality of life. Her background includes leadership roles in hospital-based care, outpatient services, and telehealth, allowing her to support diverse populations with accessible, individualized care. She integrates medication management with collaborative approaches to meet each patient’s unique needs. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and making memories with her family.
Neiza Prado, MD
Associate Medical Director
Neiza L. Prado is a board-certified psychiatrist with added geriatric qualifications and over 30 years of clinical, leadership, and consultation experience. She has served as Medical Director, led geriatric psychiatry programs, and supports crisis intervention teams. Dr. Prado also teaches, consults with therapist-led practices, and provides expert evaluations, medication guidance, and support for complex behavioral health cases.
